How To Book

Here you can find details on how the booking process works, i.e. - how far in advance you need to book, party size, deposits/how to complete payments, etc, as well as our cancellation policy. 

Booking Ahead

  • When booking the bar, please give us a minimum of one month notice; this is especially important for larger parties.
     

  • Note that dates are only considered "Reserved" once a deposit has been made.
     

  • We can accommodate last-minute bookings for an additional fee.

  Deposits

  • All parties will require a 50% deposit.
     

  • All deposits will be applied towards the final bill.
     

  • Deposits are non-refundable - see our cancellation policy below for more information.

   Payments

  • For your convenience, we accept deposits via Credit/Debit Card (added fee), Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash. 
     

  • Remaining balances may be paid using the same payment method, or with cash the day of the event.
     

  • Please note that payment must be paid in full before the start of your event - we cannot proceed with our service if your account shows a remaining balance. 

Cancellation Policy

  • We realize that life happens and things don't always work out the way we planned them. For your security and that of our business, we will need a minimum of one month notice to cancel an event and refund your deposit - this ensures that we can still book other events in the time slot you've given up. For these reasons, we will not be able to refund any deposits for any cancellations without the required one-month-minimum notice. 
     

  • If you need to change the date of your event, we may be able to accommodate you. If you're looking to reschedule a month in advance from your original event date, there will be no extra fee and your original deposit will count toward your new date. If you're looking to change the date with less than a month's notice from your original event date, there is an additional 15% fee. (Dates are only switched as long as the new date is available).
